Terms & Conditions

Terms for public websites, lead forms, messages, and informational content operated by Wealthy Wave Accounting Inc. and WealthPillar Inc.

Effective August 13, 2026Ontario, CanadaPublic-use terms

1. Acceptance and scope

By visiting our public pages, submitting an inquiry or lead form, or communicating with Wealthy Wave Accounting Inc. or WealthPillar Inc. through a linked digital service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not use those public services.

The company named on the website, advertisement, form, proposal, or engagement is the company responsible for that interaction. Additional written terms may apply to an engagement, insurance application, document portal, payment, promotion, or third-party platform. If those terms conflict with these public-use terms, the more specific written terms control for that subject.

2. Information only—no professional relationship

Public content and an initial response are general information, not accounting, tax, legal, investment, financial, insurance, or other professional advice. Submitting a form, sending a message, booking a consultation, or receiving general information does not create a client, accountant, adviser, broker, fiduciary, or other professional relationship.

A relationship begins only when the appropriate company accepts the matter and any required engagement, consent, suitability, disclosure, identity-verification, payment, or other onboarding requirements are completed in writing.

Important: Do not delay a filing, payment, appeal, insurance decision, emergency response, or other deadline while waiting for a public-form or social-media response.

3. Insurance and planning information

Insurance products and applications are subject to eligibility, underwriting, policy terms, exclusions, insurer guidelines, availability, and applicable law. References to corporate insurance, estate planning, tax planning, business succession, or wealth transfer are general information. Legal, tax, and accounting aspects should be reviewed with appropriately qualified professionals. No coverage exists until confirmed by the insurer in accordance with its requirements.

4. Accurate and lawful use

You agree to provide information you are authorized to provide and that is accurate to the best of your knowledge. You must not:

  • impersonate another person, submit information without authority, or misrepresent identity, consent, or circumstances;
  • attempt to access a private CRM area, another person’s record, source code, credentials, or restricted system;
  • introduce malware, automate abusive requests, probe security, bypass rate or access controls, or interfere with operation;
  • use public content or communication channels for unlawful, deceptive, infringing, harassing, or fraudulent activity; or
  • send passwords, access tokens, PINs, or other authentication secrets through a lead form, social message, or ordinary email.

We may block, preserve evidence of, investigate, and report suspected misuse as permitted by law.

5. Communications and electronic consent

When you ask us to contact you, we may respond using the channel and contact information you provide for the inquiry, appointment, service coordination, security, or requested follow-up. Promotional electronic messages are sent only where permitted by applicable law. You may use the message’s unsubscribe method, reply STOP to eligible texts, or contact us to withdraw marketing consent. Withdrawal does not prevent necessary service, transaction, security, or legal messages.

Delivery is not guaranteed. Email, SMS, WhatsApp, Messenger, and other third-party channels may be delayed, filtered, unavailable, or subject to the provider’s own terms and privacy practices.

6. Privacy and data deletion

Our Privacy Policy explains how personal information is handled. If your information came from Facebook, Instagram, a Meta lead ad, Messenger, or a related Meta integration, see our Data Deletion Instructions.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, our public content, branding, page design, text, graphics, and original materials are owned by or licensed to the applicable company and are protected by law. You may view or print a reasonable copy for personal, non-commercial reference. You may not reproduce, sell, scrape, republish, remove notices from, or create misleading derivatives of our material without written permission, except as allowed by law.

8. Third-party services and Meta

Links and integrations may connect to Meta, WhatsApp, scheduling providers, document services, insurers, government sites, or other third parties. We do not control their availability, content, security, or privacy practices. Use of a third-party service is also subject to that provider’s terms.

Meta, Facebook, Instagram, Messenger, and WhatsApp are third-party services. Unless a specific campaign expressly states otherwise, our services and promotions are not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Meta.

9. Availability, warranties, and liability

We try to keep public information accurate and services secure, but public pages and communication channels are provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free transmission, a particular response time, or that general content is complete for your circumstances.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, neither company nor its personnel will be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from public-page use, third-party services, or reliance on general information. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited. Any liability under a signed engagement is governed by that engagement and applicable law.

10. Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these terms by posting a revised version and effective date. Continued use after the change means the revised public-use terms apply to later use. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to the extent permitted by law.

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without limiting any mandatory right you have under another applicable law. Courts located in Ontario have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory forum or dispute right.
